An accountant should be paid for the work he or she does, but the entrepreneur should not also pay for work that the accountant does not do.

Procounting pricing is a combination of an hourly rate and a fixed fee.

The hourly rate from 01.04.2024 is 38 €/h+VAT. Getting to know a new client’s material and starting a new company is done as an hourly rate.

For the first few months, accounting is done as an hourly rate to see how much material the company actually has. Once the correct volume of work has been determined, we can move on to a fixed fee. The monthly price is checked every quarter to see if it is at the right level for the volume of work. The accountant constantly monitors the hours accurately using various tracking software and submits a time usage report to the company along with the invoice.

If the company grows and the amount of material increases, the monthly price increases accordingly. But if sales do tricks and the amount of material decreases, the monthly billing also decreases.
