Procounting (Boxfire Oy Finland) is an accounting firm founded in 2011 in Finland (2023 in Estonia). The owner and chief accountant of the company is Rami Hippi. He has previously worked in accounting through other companies (in Estonia since 2014 and in Finland since 2001).

“I studied accounting in Finland at a business school in 2000 and 2007. I have been an entrepreneur since 2001 and have been working in accounting since then, initially in my own companies, but since 2012 I have also offered financial management services to other companies.

Over the years I have worked in various fields, such as the music industry, real estate rental, accommodation and financial management. I am currently the chairman of the board in seven different companies, four of which are in Finland and three in Estonia. In Finland, I have worked exclusively in financial management since 2014.

I have been an entrepreneur in Estonia since 2014. I have studied Estonian accounting in various courses and I have completed an Estonian degree in financial management (Accountant, level 5), in the spring of 2024.

To stay up to date, I am constantly learning more about financial management, corporate taxation, corporate restructuring and everything else related to entrepreneurship, finance and investing.”
