Monthly accounting

The accounting service is suitable for a small business where the entrepreneur makes sales invoices and pays purchase invoices. The entrepreneur scans paper invoices or checks and sends them to the cloud service together with invoices received by e-mail. This way, the material of the entries is available to the accountant in real time. The company pays salaries mainly to the entrepreneur himself and up to 2 employees.

The service includes:

  • opening accounting and drawing up a chart of accounts,

  • monthly accounting,

  • entering purchase invoices/cash receipts into the accounting program,

  • entering general ledger documents (salaries, etc.),

  • VAT reporting,

  • monitoring the tax situation of the EMTA,

  • registering employees in the Employment Register

  • calculating and paying salaries,

  • entering salaries into the EMTA,

  • electronic signatures.

PRICE starting from 50 €/month (if workload is 1-2 hours/month)

When I can switch to Procounting accounting services?

You can switch to accounting services both after the annual report is completed and in the middle of the reporting period.

Does the monthly price include annual and other financial reports?

The fee for preparing annual and other financial reports is calculated separately, either as an hourly rate or as a previously agreed amount.
